of seven chakras, is located slightly behind and between the eyes. It is said
to be the confluence of this world & the other world and is the seat of
awareness and freedom. Focusing on Ajna chakra helps an individual make prana (life-force),
the parasympathetic & sympathetic nerve
currents, flow to the esoteric central channel that starts from the Muladhara
chakra. A self disciplined individual living a righteous spiritual life
