Removal of negative cords attached with Aura and chakra
Make a mental list of all the people in your life you are holding a grudge against, close your eyes, and visualize a negative cord of energy (active resentment) attaching you to that person. Next take a deep breath and see that cord being cut with both of you gently floating apart, releasing the negative energetic bind. Continue to do this until you feel you have released the experience. If you are still struggling, write an unedited letter to the offender expressing all of your feelings. Read the letter to a trusted friend or simply aloud and then burn it someplace safe. Visualize the energetic cord being cut while you are burning the letter and silently repeat, I am FREE. Repeat the releasing process as needed and watch what shifts in your life.
Ultimately, forgiveness is for the forgiver—I am positively positive about that!

If you find that you are experiencing suffering in some area of your physical life, perhaps your spirit is asking you to look deeper in your search for what you want. For example, if you want money so that you can experience the feeling of security but money keeps eluding you, your spirit may be asking you to understand that security is not to be found through money. Security comes from an unshakable connection to your soul. Once you make that connection, money will probably flow more easily into your life. If relationships elude you, your spirit may be calling you to recognize that the love you seek is not to be found in another person. And yet, ironically, once you find the love, your true love may very well appear. If you feel stuck in suffering to live a spiritual life, try to spend some time writing about it. The root of the problem will appear & it may not be what you expected. Remember, the Universe wants you to be happy.

When we find ourselves in an argument, we may feel like we are losing control of emotions that have taken on lives of their own. When we can become aware that this is happening, taking a deep breath can help us step back from the situation. Once we can separate ourselves from the heat of the moment, we may find that the emotional trigger that began the argument has little to do with the present situation, but may have brought up feelings related to something else entirely. Looking honestly at what caused our reaction allows us to consciously respond more appropriately to the situation and make the best choices.

A beggar came to an emperor and said, “If you are going to give me anything, there is a condition.“
The emperor said, “What do you mean by your condition?“
The beggar said, “This is my condition: I accept only if you can fill my begging bowl absolutely .“
The king said, “What do you think I am? Am I a beggar? I cannot fill this small begging bowl?“ The beggar said, “It is better to tell you before, because later, you can get into trouble. If you think you can fill it, fill it.“The king called his vizier and told him to fill it with precious stones: diamonds, rubies and emeralds. Let this beggar know with whom he is talking! But then there was difficulty . The bowl was filled but the king was surprised -as the stone fell into it, it would disappear. It was filled many times & each time it was again empty.
Now the king was in great rage but he told the vizier, “Even if my whole kingdom goes, if all my treasuries are emptied, let them be -but I cannot allow this beggar to defeat me. This is too much.“
And all the treasures, it is said, disappeared. The king had nothing left. Finally , the king had to fall at the feet of the beggar and said, “Forgive me, but before you leave, just tell me one thing. What is the secret of this begging bowl? All has disappeared in it.“
The beggar started laughing. He said, “It is made of human desire. Everything disappears in it, nothing ever fulfills it.“
The begging bowl is like the human mind filled with desires. Only those who have understood the futility of human desires die like kings...

BUT it wouldn't work!!! Nothing went right today! Why did You do that? God: Let me see, God - the death angel was at your bed this morning & I had to send one of My Angels to battle him for your life. I let you sleep through that Me (humbled): OH GOD: I didn't let your car start because there was a drunk driver on your route that would have hit you if you were on the road. Me: (ashamed) God: The first person who made your sandwich today was sick & I didn't want you to catch what they have, I knew you couldn't afford to miss work. Me (embarrassed):Okay God: Your phone went dead bcuz the person that was calling was going to give false witness about what you said on that call, I didn't even let you talk to them so you would be covered. Me (softly): I see God God: Oh and that foot massager that was going to throw out all of the power in your house tonight. I didn't think you wanted to be in the dark. Me: I'm Sorry God God: Don't be sorry, just learn to Trust Me.... in ll things , the Good & the bad. Me: I will trust You. God: And don't doubt that My plan for your day is Always Better than your plan. Me: I won't God. And let me just tell you God, Thank You for Everything today. God: You're welcome child.
