इसका थोडा प्रयोग करके देखें 24 घंटे,ज्यादा नहीं। लड़ने का प्रयोग तो आप जन्मों से कर रहे हैं, एक 24 घंटे तय कर लें, कि आज सुबह 6 बजे से कल सुबह 6 बजे तक जो भी होगा,उसको मैं स्वीकार कर लूँगा,जहाँ भी हो विरोध , द्वन्द नही खड़ा करूंगा। करके देखें,24 घंटे में आपकी जिंदगी में एक नई हवा का प्रवेश होगा। जैसे कोई झरोखा अचानक खुल गया, और ताज़ी हवा आपकी जिन्दगी में आनी शुरू हो गई। फिर ये 24 घंटे कभी खत्म न होंगे। एक दफा इसका अनुभव हो जाये,फिर आप इसमें गहरे उतर जाएँगे। कोई विधि नही है शांत होने की, शांत होना जीवन- दृष्टि है।कोई मैथड नही होता कि भगवान का नाम जप लिया और शांत हो गये। अशांति को स्वीकार कर लें दुःख को स्वीकार कर लें,मृत्यु को स्वीकार कर लें, फिर आपकी कोई मृत्यु नही है। जिसे हम स्वीकार कर लेते हैं , उसके हम पार हो जाते हैं !!!!!!!!!!!
